The Huffington Posts is reporting that a new kind of vacuum is getting its first test.
The Verge reports that a team at the University of Illinois is working on an apparatus that’s able to create an ultra-high vacuum.
According to the Verge, the vacuum will allow researchers to use “much larger, heavier particles” that could be used in a variety of applications.
The team is also hoping to use the vacuum to create “superconducting magnets.”
The vacuum could also be used to create a type of microprocessor that is more than just a superconductor.
“You don’t need to be a physicist to see this is really interesting,” said one of the team members, Robert Lipsky.
“It’s going to be super useful.”
The team says the vacuum is based on an existing technology that is already used in some applications, but “we didn’t think about it until we were looking at how to create the microprocessor.”
Lipski said he believes this could be a breakthrough for the field.
“We have a lot of potential here,” he said.
“There are a lot more applications that could use this type of technology than just vacuum cleaning.”
It’s also not just the vacuum that could potentially be used for something more.
The new vacuum could be useful for building more powerful vacuum cleaners, or it could even be used as a form of high-speed power source.
The vacuum itself is already pretty powerful.
According the Verge: “When it’s in the vacuum, it’s very difficult to get particles in and out of the vacuum,” Lipskys said.
He also said that the vacuum vacuum will be more than capable of generating a much larger amount of electricity than normal.
“The current vacuum is probably around a billion times as strong as a normal vacuum,” he told The Verge.
The current vacuum, of course, is the result of the work of researchers at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
The agency is also trying to figure out how to use this vacuum to make superconducting magnetics, or magnets that can conduct electricity without resistance.
According TechCrunch: “The vacuum is very powerful.
It can get very large amounts of energy from particles,” Linsker told TechCrunch.
“But it’s hard to get enough energy to create superconductors.”
The researchers plan to develop an apparatus to make a magnet that can generate superconductivity.
“That’s an interesting area for us to pursue,” Lippksy told The Hill.
“I think we can come up with a pretty amazing superconductor in the future.”
And he said that this type-of vacuum could eventually be used not only to make magnets but also vacuum cleaners.
“A vacuum cleaner, for instance, could be the kind of thing that could help us build these machines, which we’d be very excited to use,” he added.
