Aussie antivirus firm has launched its first online shop where customers can buy a wide range of products including anti-malware, virus scanners and more.
Antivirus and Anti-Malware Technology Group’s new shop, called Antivirus Shop, is the first in the country to offer all-in-one solutions from home, in-home and online, said Antivirgistics CEO Steve Loomis.
“I’ve been working in this industry for a long time, but I’m here to tell you we’re here to stay,” Mr Loomes told AAP.
He said AntIVirgistic was focused on providing the highest quality, fastest-performing antivirus solutions and that they would do everything possible to ensure customers were satisfied with their experience.
It was also introducing an online shop, where customers could choose from their favourite products from around the world.
The company has also opened an Antivigilant shop where it offers products from the latest in home and in-office antivirus, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal products, Mr Loms said.
Customers will also be able to purchase additional security software and protection services through the Antivigations Shop, he said.
The new Antivarware Shop will be available from 10am to 7pm daily.
Mr Loomas said the new online shop would also have an online service where customers would be able send in their own samples to be tested.
At the same time, the company will also have a new mobile app where customers will be able search for products, find a shop, order online, and order via SMS.
Mr Loms says he wanted to create a safe and convenient online experience for customers.
“Antivirgy is all about helping you make your home and office more secure and secure yourself, so we wanted to do that,” he said, adding that the new shop would be fully integrated into Antivisys mobile app.
For the next year, customers will also receive a full refund if they have purchased an item they were not happy with, the CEO said.
Antivisics CEO Steve Rennie said the company was excited to be opening a shop in Melbourne and Sydney, which he said would make a significant difference to the wider Australian market.
“This is a really exciting time for Antividesys, with a growing number of home-based customers coming into the business,” he told AAP, adding the shop would provide “a better customer experience”.
“We’ll be expanding to Sydney and Melbourne next year.”
The new store is expected to open by the end of March.
